1. Products & Orders

• We sell bedroom furniture and home decor: lounge chairs, coffee tables, and carpets.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Lounge Chairs & Coffee Tables:

• Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

• Place on level, stable surface.

• Do not exceed weight limits (chairs) or load capacities (tables).

• Keep away from children – small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard.

• Keep away from open flames.

For Carpets:

• Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

• Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

• Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

• If carpet fails flammability testing and is labeled "FLAMMABLE," keep away from all ignition sources.

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For all general‑use products, we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request. The GCC certifies compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules (ASTM stability, 16 CFR 1630, California TB 117‑2013, etc.) based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

6. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse.

8. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
