Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (furniture, textiles, hygiene), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition (for chairs and tables), in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and manuals intact. Carpets must be rolled (not folded) and unused.

Non‑Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Chairs or tables that have been assembled or used; carpets that have been unrolled, walked on, or show signs of dirt.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts. Chairs/tables must be disassembled; carpets rolled.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For larger items (chairs, tables), costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. A 15% restocking fee may apply for large items.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Return the original item (following above process), then place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your chair or table arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We’ll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations (fabric dye lots, carpet fibers, wood grain), actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
